1. Art-as-a-Service (AaaS) Subscriptions

Fresh inspiration, zero capital expenditure.  Keep your workspace dynamic with our rotating art subscription. We provide standard framed photography (up to A3+ size in an A2 frame) and swap them periodically to keep your environment evolving.

Subscription Activation Fee (per frame)
A one‑time £50 per‑frame activation fee secures your initial subscription and covers the upfront production of your framed artwork.

The subscription includes: Professional framing, UK delivery, and a refresh of the collection every 12 months, with an option to purchase at 20% of the full year subscription price, after the first year subscription, which is great for operating vs capital expense reporting.

End-Of-Term Options:
Option 1 -  Own Your Artwork Buy‑Out  - After 12 Months (CapEx)
If you choose to purchase your framed artwork at the end of your subscription term, you’ll receive:
• A Certificate of Authenticity, signed and stamped
• A unique artwork reference number
• Full ownership of the frame and print
• A capital asset valued higher than the buy‑out cost
Buy‑out price: 20% of your 12‑month subscription value per frame

Option 2 — Refresh & Renew (OpEx)
Continue your subscription for another 12 months and receive a free image swap for each frame.

• Update your artwork annually
• Maintain predictable operating expenditure
• No additional setup fees

3. Corporate Commissions

4. Direct Sales & Permanent Collections

Invest in Your Assets.  Own the work outright. All gallery images are available for direct purchase as high-end archival prints or ready-to-hang framed pieces. Volume discounts apply for orders of 5+ units. 


Terms of Service (Summary)

For Subscriptions:
Ownership: All physical frames and prints remain the property of Andrew Pounder (trading as Wanwise Limited).
Maintenance: Clients are responsible for basic care; any damage beyond "fair wear and tear" may incur a replacement fee.
Cycle: Rotation and buy-out option occurs on a fixed schedule (e.g. annually).

For Digital Licenses:
Scope: Valid for internal use only (Intranet, internal newsletters, staff presentations).
Restrictions: Strictly no use for external marketing, paid advertising, or resale without an upgraded Commercial License.
Duration: Standard licenses are valid for 12 months from the date of delivery, renewable annually.
